As part of our commitment to providing sales associates who are prepared to support our clients, all licensees are required to attend the company’s training program. The focus of the training is to provide an orientation for each new hire while underscoring the need for strong communication and customer service skills. The curriculum emphasizes the needed sales competency to be an effective representative for our clients.

Once an employee completes an assignment, RET solicits a written evaluation from the client. This evaluation serves as an important coaching tool but more importantly helps to ensure we deliver the service each client deserves.
