Once an employee completes an assignment, RET solicits a written evaluation from the client. This evaluation serves as an important coaching tool but more importantly helps to ensure we deliver the service each client deserves.

Additionally, as an Eliant Certified company, RET qualifies individual sales associates to become certified by Eliant. Being an "Eliant Certified" associate requires specific training and testing by Eliant to receive and maintain certification.
