A client care specialist will confirm with you that your order has been filled and provide you with the name of the agent reporting to your worksite. In addition, we remain available to support our agent should a problem arise on site. Finally, once our agent has completed an assignment, we ask you to provide a brief evaluation of the agent’s performance.
