Client Care

At Real Estate Temps, our client care centers are the core of our company.

Each center is staffed with client care specialists who are dedicated to providing you with prompt, efficient service and superior communication. Each of our specialists has been trained to listen to and understand your unique temporary real estate agent staffing needs.

Once our client care specialist has received your staffing order, we search our extensive database of certified, licensed temporary real estate agents to find that one best suited to meet those needs. We handle all the details, making sure that our agent arrives on time at the assignment and performs the duties you have specified.

Most importantly, we follow up with you on our service. A client care specialist will confirm with you that your order has been filled and provide you with the name of the agent reporting to your worksite. In addition, we remain available to support our agent should a problem arise on site. Finally, once our agent has completed an assignment, we ask you to provide a brief evaluation of the agent’s performance. Your valued feedback allows us to continually refine our level of service to you.
