Each agent is interviewed by our experienced recruiting team and is required to hold a current real estate license and pass a thorough background screening. To become certified to work for Real Estate Temps, individuals who make it through the interview stage are required to attend a training program designed to improve their communication skills and customer service abilities. Finally, these agents must demonstrate their new home sales knowledge by passing a written exam.
