Lynda Lane, President and Chief Executive Officer
Since acquiring Real Estate Temps in 1997, Lynda Lane continually provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the company’s network of regional offices in California, Nevada and Arizona. Under Lane’s leadership the company has grown to become the largest of its type nationwide, annually placing more licensed sales agents in temporary and full-time assignments than all its competitors combined.
During Lane’s ownership, the company launched a successful expansion into key geographic markets throughout the Western U.S. while maintaining the infrastructure and industry knowledge to follow clients to other major markets across the nation. Prior to acquiring Real Estate Temps, Lane spent more than 25 years serving as executive vice president for The Koll Company, one of the largest real estate services companies in the nation. While at Koll, Lane played a key role in the acquisition and successful integration of more than 30 companies and 3,500 employees.
In recognition of her entrepreneurial spirit and business expertise, Lane has been awarded the title of One of the Top Executives to Watch by the Orange County Business Journal, as well as two finalist nominations for the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young.
Since 1992, Lane has been a member of Vistage, the world’s leading chief executive organization, and has served on the boards for several organizations, including Hoag Hospital, the environment-focused Miocean Foundation and Mardan, a school for children with learning disabilities.

Beth Phillips, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Beth Phillips is responsible for the strategic planning and daily management of Real Estate Temps, in addition to directing the company’s business development efforts and the delivery of staffing services to homebuilders.
With more than 25 years of business development experience in the real estate industry, Phillips oversees the activities and consistency of service of all Real Estate Temps sales agents placed in temporary and full-time assignments.
Prior to joining Real Estate Temps, Phillips served as insurance manager for Shea Financial Services, a division of J.F. Shea Co., a diverse real estate, construction and homebuilding firm. Phillips also served as vice president and sales manager of Stewart Title of California, Orange County division, as well as 14 years spent with Chicago Title Company in various Orange County sales and marketing positions.

Bobbie Kerns, CSP, Principal
Bobbie Kerns plays an integral role at Real Estate Temps, overseeing daily operations in the Southern California market and strengthening the company’s service delivery platform. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Kerns brings operational knowledge and expertise to Real Estate Temps, providing unsurpassed customer service to the firm’s clients and employees.
Before joining Real Estate Temps, Kerns was principal of Temps For Tracts, Inc., a staffing agency built to service the needs of the growing homebuilding industry in Southern California. Temps For Tracts was acquired by Real Estate Temps in 2008. Previously, Kerns served as a senior officer for a major international real estate corporation where she successfully developed relocation sales programs for more than 7,500 salespeople.
To enhance her client’s experience, Kerns has earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation through the Institute of Residential Marketing, a division of the National Association of Home Builders. An industry veteran, Kerns is a recipient of the industry’s most prestigious honors, including the President’s Award, given by the National Employee Relocation Council, to professionals demonstrating exceptional leadership. Kerns is also a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award and is a part of a select group of the Council's 11,000 members to ever receive this award twice.

Patty Greeves, CSP, Principal
Patty Greeves has extensive knowledge in the real estate industry, with more than 30 years experience in selling both resale and new home communities. Greeves is active in creating and maintaining relationships with builders, with a focus on the greater Coachella Valley, California.
Greeves has earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation through the Institute of Residential Marketing, a division of the National Association of Home Builders. She currently serves on the boards of directors of the BIA Desert Chapter and HomeAid Inland Empire. In addition, Greeves is past president and honorary member of the Desert Sales and Marketing Council.
Prior to joining Real Estate Temps, Greeves was principal of Temps For Tracts, Inc., a staffing agency built to service the needs of the growing homebuilding industry in Southern California. Temps For Tracts was acquired by Real Estate Temps in 2008. Previously, Greeves served as the director of national accounts for a major real estate corporation where she was responsible for the marketing the firm’s products and services and training of the sales force. With a significant aspect of her career focused on the training and education of sales personnel, Greeves subsequently wrote and delivered highly successful real estate training programs throughout the United States.

Sally McKinney, Vice President
Sally McKinney is a key business development officer of Real Estate Temps and a member of the company’s executive committee. McKinney is responsible for the company’s Nevada operations, and serves as designated corporate broker in Nevada.
A 34-year veteran of Nevada’s real estate market, McKinney has served as Chief Investigator for Compliance for the State of Nevada, Real Estate Division, and as Supervisor for Compliance in the division’s Southern Nevada office. McKinney has also served in a wide variety of sales and management positions with homebuilders in the greater Las Vegas area, including Realty West Inc., Wood Bros. Homes, McKellar Development, and Globe Realty.

Theresa Gambs, Vice President
Theresa Gambs currently oversees the company’s operation in Arizona, which includes Phoenix, Tucson, Casa Grande and Flagstaff. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Gambs is a seasoned professional and holds brokerage licenses in Arizona and California.
Prior to joining Real Estate Temps, Gambs served with The Reiser Group, a sales and marketing agency dedicated to residential property developers and focused on new home sales. While there, Gambs successfully wrote contracts for and closed on more than $15 million in escrows. Gambs has also served with Commonwealth Land Title, successfully building her office to the highest performing unit in the company.
